I dont like the staff at Chesnut Pointe at all. They were very rude. <P>

We have lived here for over one year and just love it! The staff is awesome and maintenance is speedy with any repairs that need to be taken care. We are only 15 mins from the KOP mall, the highway is right up the road. Would definitely suggest living here!! <P>

We moved here from another state, and chose to rent until we knew the area. I'm only sorry that this is not a condo in which we could stay here forever. All the girls in the office are extremely nice, and always willing to help. Maintenance keeps the place looking great, and is quick to repair any problems that arise. It is quiet. Not just outside, but I never even hear any noise from my neighbors through the walls. The fitness room is a plus, there is never more than 2 or 3 people in there at a time. Pool is nicely maintained. Close to shopping and just about everything else. Size of unit is good, and the 2 bathrooms are a plus. Lots of outlets, phone jacks, and cable hookups. Excellent lighting at night. Also, you're allowed to have a grill on the balcony, which I use all the time!!! Rent is a little high, but very much worth it.
