I decided not to get an apartment there because of the following reasons. First was all the "hidden fees" added to your rent for all the extras that you are forced to get as the cable, water, gas, internet service. The apartment was not even close as to "high end". No washer/dryer in the 1 bdrm. You had to rent it from them and it was a stackable w/d that goes in the closet? How disgusting is that! And the cheap vinyl flooring and the cheap kitchen and bathroom fixtures. And last but not lease was the hall closet in the kitchen! Where was the pantry! The leasing agent told me there was plenty of cabinet space. Yea right! I certainly walked away because I was smart!

The townhomes here are uniquely designed and spacious. Include 2-car garage, deck, storage & laundry area. Rent was close to what was being charged by another large apartment complex in Cranberry Twp. for a 2 BR unit with no garage. Maintenance and office staff were always responsive to any problems that arose, including an emergency garage door issue on a weekend which was resolved for safety reasons. Very well maintained and the amenities (pool, playground, fitness room, clubhouse, conference room) are all more than acceptable. Buildings receive routine maintenance (replacement of siding, new roofing, painting) throughout the year and Dan (maintenance) is just great, taking care of several extra requests during my time there. I had no regrets moving here and highly recommend it.
