Apartment Review for Sharpsburg Towers

The office manager Sandy was so incredible rude to my family and I. We had just arrived from the Pittsburgh Airport, and had traveled across the country from California to visit my Grandfather, whom I have not seen in years. I did not know that visiting dogs were not allowed especially since dogs were allowed in the apartments. Sandy verbally attacked my family and threw a lease agreement in our face with a very aggressive approach. You have to realize that this was at 9am on a Tuesday when the temp. was below 20 degrees. She kicked us out into the cold and we had no where to go. The best part is my dog is about 5 pounds and very obedient. Anyways, I got to visit with my Grandfather for about 15mins outside in the cold and then had to leave because I could not do anything with my dog. I could not believe that a place that houses our seniors would be so heartless. I understand rules are rules but there are exceptions to all rules and Sandy should have been some what accommodating to us.
