Apartment Review for Sharpsburg Towers

My father has lived here for a few years now since the passing of my mother. My sister and I have taken on the responsibility of caring for my father who is unable to see well. We have asked Sandy on several occasion not to have our father sign anything until my sister or I can review it. Sandy seems to have a problem understanding this and continues to forces my father to sign papers. We have even gone to the supervisors about this lady Sandy but nothing seems to change.
