Its like a anything at a bad used car lot, nice at first then real quick it turns to garbage. And you notice how saving a few bucks a month rent isnt worth giving up your safety. Check out the sex offenders and crime log in this area. 9 offenders in under a mile. The crime log has a car break in all the time. Car alarms go off so much people dont even look out anymore... And No women should ever feel safe here. there are sex offenders everywhere. If you have a child forget this place. My wife wont even go out after dark. The numbers speak louder than friends of the management posting fake reviews on this site. Also bad workmanship all arround inside. NOTHING works right. I beg you save yourself from this garbage dump. Its like a revolving door arrond here. In and out. And its for a good reason. The people that stay are on disability or welfare and take it from me you dont want to live near these scumbags. The apt complex gets a big tax right off for allowing scumbags to live here so the mgt. are "nice" to them. If your a working Joe your a dime a dozen. Thats why we call this place grand central staion or a revolving door. Because people arent stupid. Mcdonalds is ok and cheap but after awhile its real bad for you. Dont be stupid.

The maintenance never come unless your place is on fire. Floor boards creek real bad. Big cracks all over the walls and ceilings , cops here all the time, i could go on for days but i hope you can take my word for it. Pay another comlex 20 to 40 more a month and have some self respect. people on welfare and sec 8 live here and they have no class to put it nice. Parties go on all night, break ins. Now i have a leak in the roof they ignored and it leaked onto my 47inch plasma. Now im down $2200 when i tryed to save 20 bucks a month in rent by living here as opposed to living somewhere safe and respectable!
