Apartment Reviews for Goshen Meadows - West Chester

I LOVE this place. I have to move out due to being relocated out of state, but would have loved to stay in this apartment. It is always quiet. I don't even know if I have neighbors, they are so quiet. Large living room, love the deck/porch. New windows, redid all the painting in the hallway. Always parking avail. Friendly, VERY friendly, people working in all aspects of the apartment complex. Nice gym. Pet friendly. Apartment stayed cool in hot weather. Very very safe. Easy 5-10 min ride to downtown west chester. I would recommend this place over and over again. LOVED IT. <P>

It's a shame, I actually really like my apartment here except for the toxic mold infestation. They are paying to move me out, but it seems unlikely that the problem is confined to only one unit so it won't be in house. Stay away from any ground floor units facing the woods, that's where it seems to be the worst. Stay away from these units also if you are a female and at all concerned about the peeping Tom. I'm not joking, the fresh footprints outside my bedroom window attest to it. I didn't listen to my dog the first couple times he went nuts barking at the window at 2 am but next time I'll know to call the cops. Sad thing is, a resident moving out warned me about all of this the day I moved in. A day late and a dollar short!
