Apartment Reviews for Christopher Wren Apartments - Wexford

Overall, they were very nice places and the townhouses were an especially good value. Maintenance / Management companies kept changing though which got annoying! We paid about 1100 a month for a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath w/ a loft and it seemed like a good price for the pricey Wexford area. We liked it there, but moved on to buying a home instead of renting. Perfect place for young couples and families. <P>

These are great places with alot of space, great interior, very nice area between cranberry and wexford. Easy bus ride into the city. A great Sports complex is right across the highway (Oxford Athletic Club).

Only complaint I've had is that the walls are very thin which at times can be very annoying with neighbors.... esp if they have noisy pets.

Brand new, spacious but thin walls. Quiet, friendly residents but keep to themselves. family oriented. major appliances installed, but basic floor plan
