I lived at Parkview for 7 month. Our first lease was for 6 months and we could not move out at the end of it due to personal circumstances but did not want to extend it for another 6 months. We were allowed to extend it for only one month which was super convenient for us.
The apartment itself was great and I loved the fact that we had a 24-hour laundry room in the building, storage in the basement, there is plenty of parking and all maintenance issues get resolved within 24 hours at most. The staff is polite and helpful. There is a gym and a summer swimming pool. And the complex is located right next to a park with a lake and a bike path. Could you ask for more?
The only two negative things that I can say about Parkview is that it is just a bit noisy (although not unbearably noisy, but it is in Pawtucket so there is nothing you can do about that) and that the dumpsters are not enclosed so they kind of interfered with the view from our balcony.
Overall, we found Parkview apartments a great place to live. Had it not been for our animals, who really needed to spend more time outside, we would have probably not moved from there.
