It's a quiet place with a lot near by. Not far from three different supermarkets and a lot of restaurants. Dry Cleaners down stairs is also handy. The management are very nice and easy to get a hold of and repairs were always done quickly. Parking was never a problem because even if the back lot is full you can park in the front lot. The building is locked so there was never any safty issues and its an assortment of college-aged students, 3rd shift workers, singles & couples.
