I just moved out of the four seasons yesterday (12/30/08) after 8 months of living there, and can honestly say it was a pleasure to live there. I wish I could have stayed longer, and may even return; I only moved out because my roommate had to move home, so we had to end our lease early. The apartment complex itself was nice, in a safe neighborhood, never heard of any crimes in the area, etc. The grounds were nicely manicured, they planted flowers in the summer, and the designated dog areas were always clean and taken care of. Parking was always readily available, and even though my roommate and I never went to the office to pick up our parking stickers, we were never towed, nor were any of our overnight guests, which stayed over frequently. The pool always looked clean, as did the tennis courts, and the clubhouse, laundry room, and gym were always taken care of. They even had a computer with internet and free printing in the clubhouse, which we used only when our printers ran out of ink, but it was a nice back-up.

The Unit itself was a spacious two bedroom, and had alot of great closet space, even for two college girls like ourselves. The Kitchen was very large, and we opted for the slightly more expensive unit that included a seperate dining room and built in microwave (I think another difference was that it had built in AC), and the extra space was definitely nice. When we first moved in, they replaced the entire carpet throughout the apartment, so we had brand new carpetting, in addition to how they normally clean and paint the apartment when getting it ready for a new tenant. The second bedroom was a little small, but definitely manageable, and the master was very spacious, and had its own private bathroom.

There were no quirks to the apartment, everything worked exactly how it was supposed to, and when we did have a problem (like the light going out in the kitchen), the maintenance crew fixed it very quickly, and it was not a hassle at all.

Heat and hot water is included, which was great, especially for the winter months. The only two not-great things I would say are that the smaller bedroom, which I had, did not have a cable connection, which I found odd, but not terrible. Also, we could frequently hear our upstairs neighbors (we were on the second floor) but with all things considered, it was a very small price to pay for such a nice apartment.

Our friends would frequently say "Wow, this place is so nice, I want to retire in a place like this", so I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Also, because Ive had problems in other apartments, I want to stress the fact that we had absolutely no problems with any type of rodents or bugs. Even in the basement area where the extrage storage sections are for each unit, is immaculate. The management was always helpful in all the questions we had to ask, and always very quick to respond. Pets are allowed, but you never hear excessive barking or anything, and there is a good mix of families/students/young professionals in the buildings.

Overall, it was a great place to live.
