Our family has lived at Riverwood for a year (2006-2007). I have been very pleased with the complex, and the location. It is across the street from an excellent elementary school, minutes from the beach (a bike path also), walking distance to grocery stores etc...


Mary, the manager as well as maintenance have been very professional, prompt, and friendly. I have a 3 bedroom and it is very large and comfortable with washer/dryer connections.


We have been very happy living here. Thanks.
