Review for Brookstone Apartments

Lived on top floor, so I didnt have issues with noise. Didnt hear of many crime isssues. Once in a while I would have to search for a parking space. This place is expensive, but it needs to be to keep a good crowd. They raped me for new carpets when i left...over $1200. They needed to be replaced, but wtf. Any maintenance issues were fixed in a timely manner. I bounced one rent check due to a bank error, and I showed them the letter from the bank saying it was there fault, and they still wouldn't take it out of my file, and made me pay concessions for that month.
