Review for Paces River Apartments

We really love our apartment ! The office personal are quite friendly and helpful. Altough the apartments are older, The upgrades make them more appealing. (not to mention the amennities). NOW..... Maintenance is another story ! It seems people get comfy with doing things half A**ed. Instead of fixing it right the first time......For example : Leaks Water Heaters and A/Cs.
