Review for Willow Glen Apartment Homes Apartments

This review is in reference to the last 2 reviews left. Please consider your sources when reading these reviews, most reviews are left by angry tenants who have not fulfilled their obligations to their lease therefore did not recieve their security deposits back and are wanting a pity party from people that do not know the other side of the story or they want to try to affect the reputation of the company. Tenants are required to do a walk through before placing a deposit on the apartment and once they move in they are required to follow similiar rules other communities have. Our rent is reasonable priced, we have low security deposits and out pet fees are lower than most communities if not the best in town. You would have a totally different perception if I chose to share my side of these two tenants' stories with you. Please read your lease pwk before you sign it, ask questions when you don't understand it and do not accept terms you do not agree with. Last but not least, Treat your landlord kindly , after all they do have to provide reviews on you in the future too.
