Review for Spring Creek Apartments

I would not suggest living at Spring Creek apartments. The maintenance guy has no clue what he is doing. They repaired the roof that was causing a leak in my apartment but never came to repair the water damage inside the apartment. The occupants there are more of what you may expect in an Elderly living resort. They complain about everything! Any noise after their bed time…which is 7:00 pm, watch out because you will have a notice on your door. Or in more recent cases you will get no warning what so ever about outrageous allegations made against you. The rent continues to go up, even though the cost of living is not supposed to go up in 2010 or 2011 due to inflation. There have been known gang members that live and sell drugs in the complex. Applicants that have just been kicked out of somewhere else are welcomed with open arms into Spring Creek, when good tenants get their apartments broken into or outlandish complaints put on them. The staff is rude and unprofessional for the most part. One of the male employees has been known to go out to bars and get drunk and hit on married women that live at Spring Creek. The Manager, who just had a baby, does not take the time to fix her hair, much less any problem you may have. Also the pool is more of a puddle of germs from all of the unsupervised kids that run wild there in the afternoon and on weekends. So do not let them sell you that this is a nice and quiet neighborhood, because it is anything but!
