Review for Wellington Apts. Apartments

It took 6 months to fix my outside wall to keep the rain from comming in on my carpet. Manager and maintenace man would always forget to come back. Now its going on 7 months to fix my steady leak upstairs in bathroom. The maintenace man always gives excuses to come back and forgets, meantime and still faucet still leaks. Garbage disposal went out and leaks under sink. manger said would send maintenace man thursday aft. had to call Sat. and he said can,t fix till Monday. Still waiting. Regional manager won,t call about my problems getting things fixed here. unprofessional
