Review for Bennett Properties Apartments

The area itself is not great -- cars have been broken into, bikes stolen, and tenants have woken up to people staring into their windows at 3am. No one here feels particularly safe. The apartments are in good condition and maintenance is good. Insulation is poor in the houses, so energy bills can be astronomical. If you have a problem, the managers can be extremely rude and condescending.
