Review for Park Place Apartments

After an exhaustive search for apartments in 2002, my girlfriend and I finally chose Park Place. At the time we had limited funding for a decent apartment, and it was looking like we would have to choose something in a less than desirable area so that we could still have food during the month. Once we settled our finances, we found that Park Place fit snugly within our renting budget, and we moved in right away.

The staff has always been very nice and helpful. Maintenance will arrive on the same day to fix the more critical issues (leaking sink, broken dishwasher). One incident that sticks out above the rest was when the manager herself headed an investigation concerning our power meter giving off extremely high power consumption rates (SCE&G wanted $450 for one month of service), which saved both of us a lot of time.

We're very happy here, and can say that you won't find a better place in the area unless you're willing to spend $2-300 more on a two bedroom apartment.
