Review for Planters Crossing Apartments

I signed a 6 month lease 2 months ago and I can't wait to get out. First, the apartment was dirty and some things didn't work when we moved in. Someone tried to rob me in front of my apartment one night about 11:00 PM. I called in a maintenance request on my bathroom fan a month ago and it still isn't fixed. I also called in a request on my garbage disposal a week ago and it's starting to stink. ENded up fixing a few things on my own, got tired of waiting for maintenance. The people in the office just say, oh well, I'll let maintenance know.
