Austin Woods overall received positive reviews because the apartments are considered to be clean and comfortable with no major issues. The building is placed by South East Park, practically in the backyard. Renters will enjoy close proximity to restaurants such as the Japan Grill, Bojangles’, and Big T Bar-B-Q. Additionally, there is a variety of grocery stores in the neighborhood so a quick trip to the store should be no issue at all.

The Lofts at USC provide an easy commute for staff and students of University of South Carolina. California Dreaming, Di Patro’s, and Wing Zone are all great restaurants where residents can eat out close to home. South Carolina Museum, Blue Sky Gallery, and Historic Columbia Canal are just a few places tenants can visit in their free time. Getting around is no trouble with the abundance of public transportation. Reviewers suggested that the management and maintenance could be more friendly and helpful. Also, a few reviewers mentioned some difficulties dealing with an insect infestation that they feel could be better addressed.

Aari The Biltmore is the perfect place to live if one enjoys dining out. Restaurants like Sato Japanese Restaurant, Zaxby’s, and Casa Linda are situated along the same street as the complex, so eating out is just a short walk from the premises. The Rita Smith Gallery is an attraction close by that gives the region a bit of an artistic flair. Richland Mall and Forest Park Shopping Center provide tenants with some options when it comes to buying indulgences. Additionally there is the Kroger and Piggly Wiggly Supermarket to go for quick trips to the store during the week. As of April 2013 there no reviews of this apartment complex.
