There were some issues dealing with rent prior to the management change, but they may have been resolved. Many tenants consider the location to be top notch. Shores at Elders Pond are indeed placed right next to Elders Pond, offering a scenic and tranquil ambiance. Restaurants close by include Blue Ginger Asian Bistro, Firehouse Subs, and Carolina’s Wings & Rib House, all providing excellent dining experiences. Bent Tree is located on Bent Tree Lane, right near the confluence of Interstates 20 & 26. Down the road, tenants will find an array of shops and eateries to enjoy, such as: Waffle House, Diamond’s Liquor Store, Pure Ultra Lounge & Disco, Inakaya Japanes, Pizza Hut, Domino’s Pizza, and much more. Reviews have been good for the complex. Bent Tree is praised for having great parking and wonderful landscaping; truly a beautiful place to live. Stone Ridge sits right on the banks of the Broad River, across from Columbia’s Downtown. The property is right off of Interstate 126, so tenants can easily reach any part of the city. Renters can quickly go into downtown and visit the art museum, or perhaps they attend University of South Carolina and need to get to campus. Everything is a breeze living at Stone Ridge. In the past, Stone Ridge suffered from poor management, and as a result a number of reviews complained that maintenance was ineffective and repairs were a hassle to get done. The Keswick is on Sparkleberry Lane, just off of Interstate 20. The property is situated directly beside Fort Jackson, so it may be a good option for military families. Residents are never more than a short trip from a restaurant or store. Nearby are Stonefire American Grill, Clothing World, Red Lobster, Target, and Olive Garden. There have been critical reviews of The Keswick, complaining that repairs are difficult to obtain, and that the construction is old and needs updated.
