Review for Charbonneau Apartments

Staff is uncooperative. Aparments are poorly insulated, meaning very cold in winter and subject to continuous noise from neighbors. Under the carpet the floor had a hole. Air conditioner broke numerous times in summer. A leak upstairs damaged the walls and they were never fixed. When I moved out I was owed money that was never paid by the corporate office, and the local office would not give me its phone number. Several cars were broken into while I lived there.
