Charbonneau Is Definately A No...No!!!

TERRIBLE...MOLD, MILDEW, MAINTANENCE STAFF and MANAGEMENT ALL SUCK!!! I have a maintance request pending 4 weeks as of today! The management staff is full of excuses and corporate is no better. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF and go elsewhere.
