Review for Charbonneau Apartments

Worst place to live in Columbia.The property manger called Mandy, knows nothing about apartments and lacks skills to manage this apartments. Mandy is very rude,unfriendly human being and treats the residence with out respect.I wonder why the Property owners keep this inefficent ,rude, skilless women as Property Manager here. Charbonneau is not a ideal place to live in columbia in many reason.......be carefull ....
