Review for Colonial Villa Apartments

i rented because of all the amenities and spacious rooms and closets. however all the space in the world does not make up for the lax of the maintance, esp, when the place is falling apart. although it is pretty cheap, remember what you mom use to say "you get what you pay for" two pools--didnt even open up, staff said all the pine trees made it too difficult to keep them up. gym--yet right, more like a joke, very old, beat up equipment. i would definely keep looking at others in the area. good luck!
