I am surprised at what others have written about this community. We have lived here nine months and love it. I'm apartment shopping now and can't find anything that I like as much as this. The only reason we're moving is because my husband is getting a new job on the other side of town. It's very safe. We've never been bothered--at all. There's always plenty of parking. I park right in front of the stairs where my apartment is. No elevators--that would be nice for grocery trips, etc. but that's okay. You get used to it. The utility bill is cheap-less than $100 every month. They have rules regarding asthetics (curtain colors facing outward, etc.) but I don't really think they inforce them. Very proud to live here. Everyone says it's a wonderful community. Close to everything but you feel you're tucked away in the quiet woods. Beautiful. I would love to buy a home right here.
