Review for Crossroads Apartments

I signed up for a 6 month lease (THANK GOD.) I have 2 months to go and I am about to burst. I had an idiot behind me have a major leak and didn't report it...so it ended up flooding my apartment. It took a month before it was repaired! After call after call I finally reported it to the corp. office. Needless to say, the next morning, it was fixed. It is a shame that you have to stay on someone to get something done. I had just lost my step-father 2 days after the leak and told the office that I would not be home and would not have time to chase them down but to please call me and keep me informed. Did I get a call? NO! I had to call constantly to get something done. None of my calls were returned. I left a nice lil comment on the corp. website and the manager of the complex had the audacity to come to my apartment and tell me how they were #1 in the state and NEVER had a bad complaint such as mine and she would appreciate it if I went back and left a nice one. She ranted about how nice the place was and how great a place I was living in. Sorry but screw you lady. I pointed out to her how all of my sinks had ply wood under them to cover the bottom of the cabinet (where it had fallen in from previous leaks). I also made a point to show here where holes and cracks and been spackled and painted over (without being sanded first) and how the wood on the bottom of almost all of the cabinets had been rotting. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. You will wasting your money! I will be out! of this place when the lease is up. I will be happy to hand these keys back.
