Review for Deer Meadow Village Apartments

Deer Meadow Village is okay if you are fresh out of college and want a place to stay that is cheap. I whole heartedly agree with the previous reviewers-this place will be a ghetto in a few years. I haven't had much maintenace problems with the exception of my closet shelving falling down and now all my clothes are scattered on the floor. The workmanship of this apartment sucks! There is paint spatter on the floors, the tub creaks when you stand and take a shower, there are holes in the ceilings and I can go on and on. Fortunately for me, my neighbors are relatively quiet so I must say that I don't have any complaints in regards to the noise level. However when I drive through the complex I see people hanging out and music blaring. I also agree the pool area was littered with people and I am certain that all of them are not residents of the complex. The staff here sucks. We were being charged an extra one hundred dollars for the rent because one of the staff members wrote down our amount wrong. We had to bring our receipt and then the following month they were STILL trying to charge us. I can't wait until my lease is up so I can move somewhere else.
