Review for Essex Park Apartments

This is the worst managed apartment complex I've ever lived in. The managment staff is unresponsive most of the time, and useless on the few occasions that I've managed to get a hold of them. Their idea of "fixing" up the apartment is to SPRAY PAINT the surfaces, which of course, comes off incredibly easy.

They've stopped saying it's a gated community, which is good because the gate has never worked from the moment I moved in. Even the postal service to the apartments is unreliable and can't be counted upon.

Don't bother moving in here. It's not worth the overpriced rent and poor service.
