Review for Gable Hill Apartments

I also came to this apartment because I was new to Columbia and basically had 1 day to find a place to stay, start a new job and get my kids enrolled in school. The apartment staff said that I would have a washer & dryer in my apartment, but they failed to say that I would have to rent it from rent-a-center. When it comes to repairs....they never get fixed, oh unless you do it yourself. And let's not talk about the roaches, ants, and some kind I can't even identify. NOISE...NOISE...NOISE...I thought the neighbors 5 children were digging there way into my apartment from over head. But that was only after the FLOOD!!!!!! And it only took them 5 months to dry my carpet and paint my walls. All in all, Gable Hills has made me desperatly want to become a HOME OWNER. My lease can't end soon enough.
