Review for Gable Hill Apartments

The management is full of lies. The maintenance men are not on top of their game. A list of what went wrong in my apartment... Dishwasher went out, leak in living room near sliding glass door, near the air conditioning closet, and in the master bedroom at the window. We reported the leaks immediately but they failed to come and look at them numerous times. After a month went by my ceiling caved in over night. There was water all over the place and mold pieces of ceiling all over the floor and my stuff. They insisted that there was no reason in me wanting to move out while they repaired all of this. I had a 5 month old baby so I did not feel that those conditions were safe for her. They then told me that they would need to replace our window in the master bedroom in order to fix that leak... It was the middle of the summer and in the 90's but yet they wanted me to continue paying full rent. After going back and forth with the corporate office they let us out of that hell hole and I would never wish this place on my worst enemy. AWFUL. The floor in the kitchen and in the master bathroom were sunken and rotting. The thresholds were coming up and I stepped on a nail... The kitchen cabinets broke. The neighbors were extremely noisy and the office couldn't do anything about they said. The cops came numerous times. Whenever the office wanted to do repair work they requested that all the neighborhood leave their doors unlocked... It was basically an advertisement to all the thiefs to break-in that day. They had no common sense. Please don't give these people your money.
