Two of my friends and I got a four BR- four bath apartment. University Oaks placed a 23-year-old college graduate with a full-time job in the 4th BR. She is moving out and subleasing to a 29-year-old working female. Not a good roommate choice for 3 college sophomores in a student-oriented apartment complex! My parents are NOT happy.
