Review for West Winds Apartments

Unless you want to move into an apartment that has not even been looked at by the staff since the last tenants, you prefer not having air conditioning from April-September, having a maintenance staff that can possibly on a good day put a screw in the wall and incompetent lazy community managers that do not communicate with each other, do not move here.
