Apartment Review for Bent Tree Apartments

I loved living at Bent Tree! The community was so nice, the complex was landscaped so nicely, each apartment so very spacious and high-class looking, the closets were huge, the bathrooms were great, and the balcony was awesome (though, like people have said, the wood is old and falling apart a little.) I always felt safe in the community, despite the slightly ghetto area surrounding Bent Tree. Parking could be a hassle at night, but I never had to park more than a small walk away. I never had any noise or crime problems. I truly enjoyed living there. <P>
The only setback was the horrible manager in the office. She was a piece of work! The rest of the staff was great, but this woman stayed on our case just about every week. She'd make up things to complain about, threaten to make us pay fees for petty things, and would always greet us with a nasty attitude and an interrogation when we went to the office to pick up a package. When our lease was up, we had it with that woman so we decided to move to another apartment. Despite the fact that we are great tenants, have never had a complaint from neighbors, and pay our rent on time (if not early), she talked so badly about us that our new apartment had to up our deposit $500 in case we really were as bad as she made us out to be. <P>
She is rude, unprofessional, and almost ruined our living experience at Bent Tree. <P>
I loved the apartments, but make sure not to put that woman on your reference list because she'll surely ruin your reputation. <P>
