Apartment Reviews for Broad River Trace - Columbia

Broad River Trace is an excellent place to live; the maintenance makes everyone a priority, fixing any issues as soon as possible. Some reviews note that noise does travel throughout the apartment, but many like the pond which is a nice scenic element to the apartments. Plenty of restaurants are in the neighborhood were renters can go to dine out, like Platinum Plus, Atrium Deli & Snack Bar, and China Hut Ace. Riverbanks Zoo and Garden offer a fun day trip or an attraction to people from out of town. Dutch Square Center is not far off for shopping. Additionally, there is plenty of public transportation so traveling around Columbia is convenient.
