Capital Places enjoys being in Columbia’s Downtown. Nearby, renters can visit any of the many attractions. For example, Finlay Park is right around the corner. The Richland County Public Library is nearby as well, and the University of South Carolina is right around the corner also. This place is great for young professionals, small families, and perhaps even students. Reviews have lauded the complex for maintaining a great sense of community and for offering the finest amenities money can buy. Some appliances have acted up over the years, but the staff has always been quick to respond.

I lived in the Barringer building for the past two years and am leaving due to relocation. I have enjoyed the close proximity to the University as well as the Vista. Capitol Places staff has always been really responsive to my needs and I have really enjoyed my experience here! My apartment was very nice upon moving in and each year I renewed my lease they offered to clean my carpets among other incentives. I have also enjoyed the savings the Free Gym Membership has provided me. It is a full service gym that has cool classes and that is included with your lease! I will miss living in the Barringer building but look forward to my new endeavors.

Clean quite building right in the middle of downtown.
