Apartment Reviews for Capitol Places - Columbia

I lived in the Barringer building for the past two years and am leaving due to relocation. I have enjoyed the close proximity to the University as well as the Vista. Capitol Places staff has always been really responsive to my needs and I have really enjoyed my experience here! My apartment was very nice upon moving in and each year I renewed my lease they offered to clean my carpets among other incentives. I have also enjoyed the savings the Free Gym Membership has provided me. It is a full service gym that has cool classes and that is included with your lease! I will miss living in the Barringer building but look forward to my new endeavors.
