Apartment Review for Deer Meadow Village

The 'gating' in this gated community hasn't worked in months. The pool should be labeled as the GREENISH/BROWN LAGOON. My top lock doesn't really work on my door. Constant smell of mildew outside due to the bottom floor apartments always flooding. Cars are 'lifted' right from the parking lot. Tenants are the cause of the trash compactor nightmare. One person may leave the door open, and in return, other people ASSUME the compactors broken. So people pile their trash up on the walkway leaving a wet, smelly mess. This event happens on a weekly basis. Water pressure is pathetic. Management sucks-There's Kim the Flirt (an obvious hot mess), Jan the Queen Bee (a pawn in what must be the center of the stream of trickling down bullsh*@) and Debbie the Palteror (will tell you just about anything you want to hear)

Maintenance on the other hand-I feel sorry for. The maintenance staff is constantly hustling to get things done. You see them on the street going from one place to another. They alway have to order stuff. What the **** is in that maintenance shop then? The guy has to be THE hardest working person I've ever seen. He's alway polite and likeable. I can stop him in the street and **** take a minute to listen everytime. AND HE NEVER FORGETS TO TAKE CARE OF MY PROBLEMS IN THE APARTMENT. He really takes pride in his job.

Despite the attempts of maintenance to keep this place up its still a crap hole. The people above me were just the latest to have a vehicle stolen from in front the apartment. The people that lease here are ghetto and trashy. THEY and the office staff rip the luxury right off this "Luxury Gated Community".
