Apartment Review for Mallard Pointe

We have lived here 8 years. Just since we got new management a few months ago, the place has gone to the dogs and we are moving out asap. In one week, I called the cops 3X because of people loitering under our window yelling, screaming and littering. (I live on the pond and people are using it like a state park for socializing) then there was the couple who accosted me at my car a few times, getting in my space, asking for money, rides. (which I did not give;this was repeatedly; I got scared they would rob me. Scads of unattended children who pull up the cattails bulb and all, and otherwise tear up and litter. Went to get in my car one evening, and there were people sitting on my car! WTH????
