Apartment Review for Mallard Pointe

My experience with Mallard Point was horrible. I had a two bedroom apt and my air conditioner would freeze up which caused alot of water to leak onto my hallway carpet. For 3 weeks no one would do something about the water and I have two small children. My toilet would constantly leak and I informed the "manager" of this but she said she wasn't purchasing a new toilet. Also, IF THERE IS ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE APARTMENT WHEN YOU DO YOUR WALKTHROUGH, DO NOT MOVE IN UNTIL THEY FIX IT, BECAUSE WHEN YOU MOVE OUT SHE WILL CHARGE YOU FOR IT. That's what she did to me. <P>
