It has a lake, and swimming pool. So far it's been quite, children are at play in the evening like most areas but are no harm. I agree that maintenance has poor performance but other than that its okay.

I will never lease again the landlord shows terrible language and actions dealing with lease agreement tried to put me out a month before my lease maintanence is slow to fix major issues.
