Apartment Review for North Stone Apartments

I lived at North Stone Apts. for a year,it is a safe neighborhood,but kids ride bikes and skateboards in the parking lot and dent cars,I moved out at the end of May and left my apartment immaculate,however 2 months later they have not refunded my deposit and Phillips Management has not returned my phone calls,I was told by a few other previous tenants the company kept their deposits also,even though they left the apartment in great condition.That is just plain "ripping" people off.After I moved in the management company went as far as telling tenants they could not raise the shades up,they could open the shades but not raise them,that is the most outrageous thing I had ever heard.The property manager,Kimberly is great but Phillips management are thieves,my suggestion to future residents is do not clean your apartment at move out,they will keep your money anyway,or the best advice is do not rent here.
