Apartment Review for Paddock Club Apartments

When moving into the apartments we were told that sheriffs patroled the apt(also sign indicates while entering complex) and also some officers lived within the units. No one patrols until after an incident accures. There is so much theift within the apartment. We arent talking about small items either. Large items like motorcyles, trailors and no one has respect for your property. The apartment is supposedly a gated community, but if the gates are broken constantly and the codes that you access to get in for guests hasnt been changed in years, this isnt a very secure place to live. When confronting the front management about secruity measures we as residents we told its a "false sense of secruity" to have cameras put on the property as well as "invasion of privacy". Also inquired about the constant broken gate and front office just replied that it would make rent go up! As far as maintenance...well lets just say, it has to be broken broken before something is really dont about it. Being a 8 month pregnant lady in 95 degree weather doesnt go well with an AC unit that has been "tinkered" with 6 times only to be replaced with a "new" unit that doesnt work. Oh the appreance of the apartment is great! Its a trickery way to make people think this is a luxury place to live. But if the apartment grounds were only mowed once a week instead of 3 times, unneseccary painting wasnt done and certain maintenance people didnt work here I am sure they would have the funds to make an effort on what really matters and that is the safty and well being of their occupants. I would never recommend this place to anyone!
