Apartment Review for Quail Run

My experience with Quail Run has mixed reviews. The community I'm happy with. Its very quiet and the space you get for the amount of rent is well worth it. I have more space in my 2bd apt than I did in my 3bd house! The neighbors to either side I never hear at all. The ones above I can hear them becuase they stomp when they walk but as far as music/talking etc.. I can't hear them. The schools for this area are crap. If you have time before you move I recommend trying to get your kids into a magnet program if possible. Now the part I have been unsatisfied with is the maintenance. Initally whoever painted this place before we moved in left it a wreck... paint flecks and that popcorn ceiling stuff all over everything. I had to scrub the place before I could put anything away. Items that are broken, well lets just say I have given up calling because they never answer the phone in the office. I think its on perpetual voicemail. So I go into the office every day or so until I get someone to come look at my problem. My kitchen sink was clogged and full of water - it took them 3 days to come by and check on it - luckilly my hubby had fixed it when he got home. Out shower has a hole in the ceiling that leaks and is now mold covered and I have been trying for 3 weeks to get them to fix this. So there are good and bad with this place you just have to weigh that versus what you can live with.
