According to the legal authority of the law; As a renter, there are legal grounds for legal complaints against poor maintenance service, and poor living conditions. 1.) The apartment was poorlyconstructed during the development- stage of planning. Meaning, developers did nothing to consider the risk of flooding during heavy rains in a low lying area. <P>
2.) The renter becomes victim due to no fault of their own,and are forced to pay rent, or be evicted under poor living conditions. <P>
3.) The landlord refuses to take the responsiblity for their short-comings. Blames the tenant for the condition of the apartment. <P>
4.) Landlord refuses to hire efficient maintenance service. Maintenance needs to be replaced. <P>
5.) Stoney Creek Apartments as a whole must close up busi- ness and start a new on the right track, with the mindset of considering the needs first of it's tenants, instead of greed for money. Or get out of the business of Apartment ownership altogether. <P>
6.) Stoney Creek has many limitations,and many needs. a.) New Construction, or high slab foundation to combat water damage from flooding the apartment. b.) very poor lighting C.) Careful scrutiny of tenants- background check before moving in d.) New laundry facilities E.) Strict security Enforce- ment. E.) New renovations on building, and apartment complex as a whole. F.) New Management Team of complex. G.) New land-lord. <P>
7.) Don't move there is you can help it, it will cost you something if you do. <P>
