Rented: From 2009 To 2009

Originally built as condos, with the intention of selling from $189,000 to the high $300,000's they had to resort to renting the apartments, as they could not sell them. Shoddy construction, horrendous office staff and I could not agree with the previous review more. Once you sign and pay, they could care less about concerns. There is not even a pretense of concern or interest in tenants opinions, wishes, or heaven forbid, REFERRALS....
