Apartment Reviews for Waterford Apartments - Columbia

I have lived here for 4 months now, I rent the smallest apartment, 500 sq ft. and its perfect. Its quiet, there is always a good parking spot and the apartment was very clean when I moved in. I have had to call management twice to fix things and its always done next day followed by an email asking how it went. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have lived here for almost two years, and the management has changed once in that time. Although I found both managers to be really great, the present Manager is my favorite by far. All of the Staff, both in the Office and the Maintenance Crew and Housekeeping, are like family here. I love my apartment. I especially like how quiet it is. When I have had a repair problem, it has always been handled very quickly and efficiently. The exterminating is great, too. The exterior needs some aesthetic improvement, but I understand that will be done soon. Although the area around us is considered dangerous, the people who actually live in this complex seem to be hard working, friendly, and trustworthy. A great place to call home.
