Apartment Review for Wyndham Pointe

Overall the apartment is a nice layout. The neighborhood is fairly quiet. The unprofessional staff out weighs the great things about living here. Ms. Shandra P. Johnson,the property manager,is the most unprofessional, negative, evil person you will ever meet. I have heard other tenants stories of the negative harassment she gave them. She tried to increase the rent without even sending out a sixty day notice. She is very nosy. When Ms. Johnson talks to a tenant, she always takes the negative aspect or turn, like we owe her something. Do not waste your time moving here,even if you stay to yourself, pay rent on time like I did you will be some way affected by this unprofessional staff. Norsouth Management you guys need to read the message boards and terminate Ms. Johnson for her rudeness and being so unprofessional. Shandra P. JOHNSON is really giving Norsouth and Wyndham Pointe a horrible name and reputation!
