Apartment Review for Villas At Spears Creek

This place does not have the look or feel of "luxury". The apartments cute and somewhat modern. The cabinets and hardware are cheap and unsturdy. Stating that Villas at Spears Creek was built with 'Expert craftsmanship' in mind is a joke. The balcony and patio are unevenly paved (my deck chairs and table rock back and forth), the bath tub faucet is loose and not fixed to the tile, and is not measured to fit the actual tub(the water runs over the tub instead of directly into the tub ...both bathrooms!)There are numerous concrete lumps (unevenly paved)that can be felt under the carpet throughout the apartment. Also, any review that speaks of bugs is absolutely true. The lawn is lush and well maintained, but the bug problem takes away from that easliy. Perhaps less trees would mean less bugs, and no monthly fee for pest control. The walls are paper thin, I can hear my neighbor snore every night. I understand community living, but this is a bust. I chose to remain anonymous, some staff members seem less than professional. Good luck!
