Apartment Review for Townhouses At Pine Harbour II

All these places are terrible! I don't even live there and I've seem some crap. People are getting arrested everyday, not to mention the cops have to drive through like every 30 minutes to keep the place from going crazy. There are tons of drugs in this place, too! And not just weed, really really bad things!! Guns ...knives ... crazy people ...
Everyone that lives there is Brazilian. And no, I am not racist nor do I discriminate! My fiance is Brazilian but these people are ghetto and rude and nasty!! He is respectful and groomed!
As far as the townhomes themselves... ewwwwww! They are falling apart, dirty and bug infested! Gross. And they are way over priced! I would ... MAYBE .. live there before I had my son for like $300 a month ... but the prices are crazy as crap!

We are looking for a place in the area to rent but I don't my boyfriend I don't want to be ANYWHERE near this place, or the crap that comes with it. I won't even stay there (he's working in SC now, but we haven't moved yet) I make him pay for a hotel across town. In fact, I am looking at apartments in Summerville and West Ashley and North Charleston even just because I want to live as far away from this crap as possible. Disgusting!

Stay as far away from Harbour Lake Dr as possible!!! Don't even think about it!
