St. Charles Place was a good community. The property was very clean. The maintenance staff were very friendly and completed my orders in a a good amount of time. The office staff were extremely friendly. They always had happy faces! At times there were amounts of loitering but they worked hard to take care of things that were a concern to me. The apartment was a good price.
